1: Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or clearance items.

2: How to Request a Return

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the item (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

3: Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product replacement, subject to availability.
  • In case the desired product is not available, you may opt for a store credit or refund.

4: Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5: Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund after verification.
