1: Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are not accepted for customized or clearance items.
2: How to Request a Return

or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. - Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the item (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
3: Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product replacement, subject to availability.
- In case the desired product is not available, you may opt for a store credit or refund.
4: Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5: Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund after verification.
